1. How many agents are you looking to add to Jaden Transportation?

By the end of 2010, I'd like to see at least 100 active agents working for Jaden Transportation. Now, am I going to add 100 of you all at once? NO, of course not! Each training class will give us a few more agents, allowing plenty of time and attention to be given to each of you, so you can reach your full potential!

2. What exactly is a Freight Broker Agent?

A Freight Broker Agent is a self - employed independent contractor. The agent works from home, on their own schedule, as much or as little as they want to or feel is needed to meet their needs. Primarily, the agent uses the telephone and face to face contact with potential customers to illicit potential business. The most common method used is to simply make a friendly inquiry about any upcoming shipments and whether or not you can make a competitive bid on the upcoming loads. It is very effective, and is a great way to get their foot in the door with a new customer. Once a load has been awarded to the agent, it is as simple as finding the right truck, negotiating the rates, and booking that first load! It is amazingly simple, amply rewarding, and the sky is the limit!

3. Why do you charge for the training classes?


Deciding to charge for the training class wasn't an easy decision. I know that by charging, some will feel shut out of this opportunity. I regret that. However, experience has taught me that if a new agent doesn't have a vested interest in their training, it is just too easy to quit and walk away when the going gets tough! A new take on an old southern expression that sums up this idea is, "you have to have a dog in the fight!"

I am willing to invest three days of my life, be away from my family, give 110 % of my energy, experience, expertise, and support to train you how to change your life forever! I'll work hard to ensure you won't be disappointed! You must have something invested as well. If you don't, it is simply too easy to walk away when you encounter that first frustrating or difficult day. This is not always an easy business. This is not a get rich quick idea! It takes dedication, hard work, and commitment! There will be days when you want to give up! I hope, by having a small stake in your own success, it will be that little nudge you need to not give up, stick it out, push through, and see just what can happen in this incredible business. I don't know of any other business, where real people, can work from home, be their own boss, and have such an unlimited opportunity available to them like this!

To make this opportunity better than any other out there, I am willing to make one more offer to sweeten the pot. I'm certain that no other training program offers a guarantee like this one! If, in the first 90 days of your time with Jaden Transportation, you successfully book one load, with at least three different customers, with a minimum total profit of $200.00 or more per load. I'll write you a check for the full amount of your training, minus the $69.00 expense portion! I challenge you to show any other company out there who will return almost the entire cost of your training to you with such a simple offer! Just three total loads, with three customers, for a total profit of $600.00, and you get almost the entire amount of your training expenses returned to you!

What do you have to lose? Almost nothing! What do you have to gain? That is up to you! How can I do this? It's simple. I stand to make FAR more money with you as a successful agent, than I'll ever make running training classes! Of course, SO DO YOU! The training classes are a means to an end, growing my company with expertly trained agents, successful, happy, booking loads, and making money not just for us, but for themselves! I call that a win - win situation!

4. How much money can I make?

The statistics say the average agent in America makes $40,000.00 a year. That is working from home, being their own boss. I believe that number is pretty accurate. Now, are you going to make the equivalent portion of $40,000.00 your first week? I seriously doubt it. If you do, you'll be the luckiest (or best) agent and I'll be the happiest trainer in America! :-) It takes a little time, a lot of hard work, and dedication to yourself and your dreams. You can make that much and so much more!

Let me answer this question two ways.

First, as a new agent, you will make 40% of the profit in every load you book from day one! This is as good or better than the industry average. It gets better. After just six months, you have the potential of seeing your commission rise to 50 %! All it takes is reaching reasonable monthly goals over your first six months as an agent. After that, with more and more progressions, where eventually, you stand to make as much as 70% on the profit of every load you book! I don't know of any other company offering the potential to earn a 70 % commission! I believe, if you can rise to this level of production, you have earned the right to make that 70 %! I'll be cheering each of you on as you strive to grow your own business and see greater and greater success! You see, we don't stand to lose money by increasing your commission, we stand to make money! If you are successful, we are successful! Another win - win!

Second, in answering the question, how much can I make? Well, let me put in a disclaimer. I can't promise you that you will make one dime. How is that for encouragement? I'm being honest. As in any business, there are never any guarantees. I would feel dishonest if I didn't state that plainly and up front. However, I believe in this business and the opportunity it gives people to change their lives! Most people who don't succeed in this business, simply give up too quickly!

How much can you make? There is NO limit to what you can make! If you will work hard, learn from your successes and your mistakes, keep trying new ideas, offer great customer service, the sky is the limit! We at Jaden Transportation will do everything we can to support, encourage, and help you achieve your goals and your dreams! We want to see every agent succeed beyond their wildest imagination! You can be a success in this business! I believe that!

5. Where will the classes be held?

Most of our training classes will be held in major to mid-sized metropolitan areas. We will meet in comfortable rented hotel meeting facilities. We'll always strive to see that the locations are easily accessible. If you will be traveling some distance and be in need of a hotel room, we will try to get you a substantial discount at the hotel in which the training is to be held. We will offer snacks and drinks throughout the day. Each day, lunch is on us! One evening of the class, I'll even buy your dinner! I want you to be able to relax and focus on your training, not having your mind distracted by little things and little worries. We want each of you at your best, focused, and learning to your full potential!

5. Do you offer discounts to married couples who sign up together?

YES! If you and your spouse would like to take the training together, I will offer roughly a 50 % discount on one of the spouses. For example, if your training class basic fee is $669.00. If a couple signs up together, the charge would be $600.00 + $300.00 + $69.00 (twice) or $1038.00. Be sure to email me, so I can give you specific figures on a given class.

6. Do you offer referral discounts or payments?

YES! If you refer another student to us, and they sign up for and complete one of our training programs, we will either discount your training costs by $100.00 if you are attending with them, or if you've already completed the training, we'll pay you $100.00! Just make sure the student mentions your name when signing up. That is one check I look forward to writing! Refer, refer, refer! You know better than anyone which of your friends and acquaintances might be right for this kind of business. You can play a huge role in changing their life!

7. How do I sign up?

We hope to add the ability to take credit or debit cards in the near future, but right now, payment must be in the form of check or money order. Funds MUST be received no later than the Friday BEFORE your training class! If funds are not received by this deadline, you will not be enrolled in the class and your check / money order will be returned to you. Make all funds payable to ZachFactor Transportation Services.

8. What if I sign up, but can't make the class?

First, the $69.00 portion of your training fee is non-refundable. These funds allow me to book the room and pay some of my expenses.

However, if you have something in your life that prevents you from attending the class you were scheduled to attend, I'll do my best to work with you. If you inform me no later than 5pm the Friday before your scheduled class, I'll refund your money in full (minus the $69.00) or I'll reschedule you for a future class, it is your choice.

If you inform me you can't attend the class after 5pm the Friday before your scheduled class, I'll reschedule you for the next class in your area. If I am not offering another class in your area in the 90 days following your scheduled class, I'll refund your training expenses according to a sliding pro-rated schedule. Full details of that schedule will be given to each applicant prior to confirming their enrollment in the class.

Now, I am a very nice guy. If you contact me as soon as possible after whatever has arisen to prevent you from attending, I'll do what I can to work with you. I'm not looking to take money from people who don't complete the training. However, my classes are scheduled based on enrollment. If I cannot enroll enough students to make a class worthwhile, I will cancel the class and refund the WHOLE amount of the cost of the class to the students. That is why it is so important that those who enroll, attend the class they have enrolled in. I do realize that life has a way of happening, and sometimes it gets in the way of plans. Just talk to me, be honest, I'll do everything I can to make us all happy! Hopefully, that means we get you into a training class and get you started realizing your dreams!
